Waxing Q. What kind of wax do you use?
A. We use Lycon, a hard wax for the face, bikini, and underarm areas, or Clean and Easy, a soft wax for larger areas like the legs, arms, and the back. These waxes are very gentle, keeping your waxing experience as painless as possible.

Q. What can I do to prevent ingrown hairs?
A. Most people rarely get ingrown hairs or irritation with waxing. However, we do carry a product called PFB for ingrown hairs, it’s a roll on clear exfoliating medication that heals and prevents ingrown hairs.

Benefits of Lycon Wax
Expertly formulated with skin nurturing and conditioning ingredients. A special blend of quality resins, infused with chamomile and lavender to soothe and condition the skin. Used at a low temperature for client comfort, Lycon wax is recognized as the most painless wax. Prior to using Lycon hard wax, I clean the skin with a gentle cleanser containing jasmine and chamomile oils. Then I apply a pre-waxing containing azulene, apricot, and jasmine oils to pre-soothe and protect the skin prior to waxing. The pre-waxing oil is applied to the area to be a barrier between the skin and the wax. Therefore, the wax is able to wrap tightly around the hair and not stick to the skin, reducing client discomfort. This wax is great for people who have sensitive skin. Having a high quality wax and an experienced waxer will make the process a pleasant one.

*You must let the hair grow out for 3-4 weeks for the best wax results.

*You can not be waxed if you are taking Accutane, Retin-A, or any skin thinning medication.

*Most clients reschedule their wax for 4-6 weeks from their last wax. Try to stay on a regular schedule, this will give you the most hair reduction.
